Items bought as ex-display / demo / seconds / clearance
Ex-display, demo, seconds or clearance items are usually sold at a reduced price because they have slight cosmetic blemishes/ scratches, may not be in the original product packaging, discontinued lines or old stock. These items will have an accurate description of their condition and have all the reasons why they are not being sold as new stated clearly and pointed out before you buy them.
When you purchase one of these items, you cannot claim / return the item on the basis of the defects you bought the item with (as detailed in its description), this does not mean you cannot return the item if you discover something else wrong with it.
Ride a Bike like happy customers so our aim is to deal with all warranty claims quickly and efficiently.
